In case you receive a defective product, please inform us by email upon receipt of the product and return it to our company without delay. Furthermore, there are the following options: either the same product will be sent to you again without defects, or the value of the product will be transferred in the bank account of your preference.
If you receive a different product from that that you have ordered, please let us know by email upon receipt of the product and return it to our company without delay and we will send you the correct product back.
In the above cases, the shipping costs of the return are borne by the company.
If you want to replace one product with another of equal or greater value, you have the opportunity, within 14 days of receiving the product from our company to do so, by buying another product, equal to the price you have already paid or another higher value product, paying the extra price. Shipping costs are borne by you. Any damage to the product upon its return to us will be borne by you. The product cannot be replaced if its special marking is worn or removed.
In the case of personalized products or in case a garment or underwear has been used, there is no possibility of replacement, for reasons of hygiene.
Right of Withdrawal
You can return a product without justification within fourteen days (14) of its delivery. You must fill in the special withdrawal form that you will find here and send it to our email address (email: email@example.com ). Please note that all products must be intact and in their original packaging and their special markings must have not been removed or damaged. Along with the product, the proof of purchase must be accompanied as well as any gift that accompanies the product and must be sent to the address of our company:

Our company will refund you an amount equal to the value of the returned product as well as the shipping costs (which you may have paid for the shipping of the product to you) to the bank account that you will enter in your withdrawal statement, within 14 days of shipment of the email and receipt of the product. The shipping costs of the return are borne by the customer. We will not accept returns if the products are damaged, worn or soiled. You do not have the right to withdraw in certain cases and in particular in certain product categories for hygiene reasons (such as underwear, swimwear, cosmetics) and when it comes to personalized products that have been created to your order.
